Our classic Barre class is a 60-minute full-body workout! In this class, we incorporate both isometric work and full range of motion movements to create the perfect balance – a class that tones, strengthens, and makes you sweat!
We start class with a short warm-up to get the body moving, then transition to a standing sculpt section where we’ll use light weights and/or resistance bands. Think light weights, heavy reps. Don’t let our two-pound weights deceive you – trust us, you’ll feel it!
Then, we’ll move to the barre for leg strengthening exercises. And again at the barre, we will incorporate both isometric work and full range of motion movements.
When you get to the mats, you’ll know you’re on the home stretch! For mat work, we’ll guide you through exercises to work core and glutes. We’ll wrap up with some stretching, leaving you both relaxed and energized!
