You may become addicted to our Cardio Barre class! Think of this class as an amped-up version of our classic Barre class – full range of motion exercises, isometric holds, and cardio bursts throughout. You will work your core, arms, thighs and glutes to form a toned, strong body, and the cardio bursts will help to keep your heart rate elevated throughout the class. Sweat, strengthen, and challenge yourself in this 50-minute high-energy cardio class!
*All levels welcome and grippy socks recommended.
*We suggest that our female clients wear a high-impact sports bra for our cardio classes.
