How much is a class?

Your first class is $10. Our other new client special is your first 2 weeks for $50. With this option, you can take as many classes as you like.

When should I get to class?

If this is your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Otherwise, please arrive at least 5 minutes early.

What should I wear/bring?

Wear comfortable clothing that you would normally work out in. Grippy socks are recommended for Barre, Barre Express and Cardio Barre. Grippy socks or regular socks are required for TRX Sculpt. And sneakers are highly recommended for Dance Cardio. We provide all equipment and mats. Please bring a water bottle to class.

What if I’ve never done barre, dance or TRX before?

No worries! Most people who come to the studio for the first time are new to these types of classes. All levels are welcome.

How many times per week should I take class to see results?

We recommend 4-5 classes per week to see quick results and then maintain those results with at least 3 classes per week. However, we have clients who take class every day! For best results, we recommend a combination of our class types.

When should I sign up for a class?

Book early. Registration opens two weeks prior to the class date. We suggest to book in advance. You can always cancel. If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least 12 hours before class starts.

What is your cancellation policy?

You must cancel a class 12 hours before the start of it. If you do not, you will be charged $15.

If a class is full, is there a waitlist?

Yes! Things happen; people cancel and you get in the class! Please note, we assume you want to take EVERY class you are waitlisted for. If you do not, please remove yourself from the waitlist 12 hours before the class. Want to know your position? Check the “My Schedule” on the Mindbody App.

What about text reminders?

Want the waitlist notifications texted to you? Log in to your MindBody account on the computer, click “My Info”, enter your mobile provider and click the receive messages via email & text option. Once you have finished these steps, your alerts will come directly to the phone.

Can I use my phone during class?

No, all cell phones need to stay in the retail area near the front desk. If your phone is connected to your fitbit or watch, please ignore incoming calls and texts.

I have an injury. Should I come to class?

Please speak with your doctor about any current injuries before taking a class. If the doctor clears you, mention your injury to the instructor when you arrive. We have greatly trained instructors who can help you with modify exercises based on your situation. But make sure you listen to your body; remember you are here to improve your health.

Do you have showers?

Yes, we do! However, you will need to bring your own towel and toiletries.

Can I share my package?

No. Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Can I take class if I’m pregnant?

Absolutely! However, we do require a doctor’s note. All of our classes are suitable for pregnant women, but as you get further along in your pregnancy, we definitely recommend taking more frequent breaks. Please arrive to class early and talk with your instructor about pregnancy modifications.
